Configuring Windows 11 Voice Typing Settings

Accessing Voice Typing Settings Press the Windows key + H to open the Voice Typing toolbar. Click the gear icon to open settingsAvailable SettingsVoice Typing LauncherAllows a small microphone button to appear automatically whenever you click into a text field.  This can be turned on or off in the Voice Typing settings.Automatic PunctuationWindows can insert punctuation automatically based on how you speak.  This can be toggled on or off.Profanity FilterChoose whether Windows filters ou or includes profanity during dictation.Language SettingsInstall Additional LanguagesGo to Settings ---> Time & Language ---> Language & RegionAdd a language and install optional speech recognition features if available.Switch Input LanguagesUse the language switcher on the taskbar to change typing languages.Troubleshooting Launcher not appearing: Make sure the Voice Typing launcher toggle is enabled. Automatic punctuation not working: Confirm the setting is turned on and speak in complete sentences.
